Latacha Education Center
Dr. Matthew Latacha (1976-2023)

Forward with Heart: Funds from this year’s event will support the development of the Latacha Education Center at Methodist Hospital.

Named in memory of renowned electrophysiologist Dr. Matthew Latacha, this new center will offer support and resources for patients and their families, providing them with tools to help in recovery and maximize quality of life after leaving the hospital. 

The project also includes a simulation lab dedicated to ongoing training of staff and providers. State-of-the-art training manikins will allow caregivers from various medical specialties to practice real-life scenarios and medical emergencies onsite.
